Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad’s 49% owned subsidiary company, Kerjaya Bina BMK Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a letter of award from BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd. a joint venture company set up by Employees Provident Fund, UDA Holdings Berhad, and Eco World Development Group Berhad for design and build contract work of the main building for a proposed development project at KL worth RM135.4 million.
The contract entails the design and build contract work of the main building works for a block of 31-storey service apartment, basement, and podium which comprises a seven-storey carpark, main lobby, and multipurpose hall. Construction works for this development project are expected to commence on 1 March 2023 for a duration of 36 months.
The LOA from BBCC Development represents the Group’s first contract for the year, the contract has bolstered the outstanding order book to RM4.3 billion which will provide the Group with earnings visibility for the next five years.
