Hassle-free cross-border travel between the Chinese mainland, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) will resume fully on February 6, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council announced on Friday.
A notice from the office said no passenger quotas and immigration appointments would be in place, and people entering from Hong Kong and Macao, who have no travel history abroad within seven days of departure, will not require a negative nucleic acid test result to enter the mainland.
