Petrol And Diesel Prices Till 15 February

The Government has announced the weekly retail pricing of petroleum products using the Automatic Pricing Mechanism formula, users can feel relieved as the retail prices from 8 February to 15 February 2023 for the 3 main fuels will remain unchanged.

(i) the retail price of RON97 remains unchanged at RM3.35 per litre;

(ii) the retail price of RON95 petrol remains unchanged at RM2.05 per litre; and

(iii) the retail price of diesel remains unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.

Despite the petrol price being high, to protect the consumers from global oil price increases, the Government has maintained the ceiling price of RON95 at RM2.05 per litre and diesel at RM2.15 per litre, even though the market price for RON95 and diesel has increased beyond the current ceiling price.
