Sunview Group through its wholly-owned subsidiary Fabolous Sunview has inked an MOU with Huawei Technologies Malaysia on the new business including the development Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Charging, Microgrid, Telecommunications Site Modernization, and Energy Storage solutions on a nonexclusive basis.
Huawei and Fabulous Sunview have expressed the intention to enter into a contractual arrangement whereby Huawei will act as a technology provider and Fabulous Sunview would be a strategic fulfillment partner. This will also be subject to the agreement of both Parties on the terms and conditions of the collaboration.
The MOU will thus enable the Parties to work together and collaborate in the field of new business development such as but not limited to the introduction of EV Charging, Microgrid, telecommunications Site Modernization and Energy Storage solutions on a non-exclusive basis.
The main scope of works between the Parties, under the MOU are as follows:- (i) Fabulous Sunview will act as a strategic fulfillment partner in undertaking the New Development; and (ii) Huawei will act as a technology provider, and it will undertake to provide Huawei Digital Power product and solutions, including but not limited to Fusion Design, Fusion Solar Microgrid and Industry Site Power solutions.
