Reach Energy Says No Intention Of Disposing Kazakhstan Assets For Now

PN17-listed Reach Energy has refuted news reports on the oil and gas company disposing of its Kazakhstan oil field which was published in a business weekly recently.

In a statement to Bursa, the company’s board clarified it did not receive any offer or interest from suitors as reported in the article and said it has no intention to dispose of the Kazakhstan asset in immediate future.

The board further reiterated that it is cognisant of the need for proper dissemination of information to the public and will continue to release the appropriate announcement on Bursa Securities

In addition, tit also said it will continue to monitor rumours, reports or inaccurate information affecting the Company.
