Kimlun Corporation Berhad through its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted the award of 2 contracts from Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd pertaining to main building works for 78 units of shop offices and a shopping mall with facilities, in the Mukim Pulai, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor.
The aggregate contract value of the two contracts is said to be approximately RM94 million. The group said the aforesaid projects are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.
It added the projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of KIMLUN Group for the financial years during the contract period.
