Phase 1B Of Balau Homes In Mutiara Hills Receives 70% Take-Up Rate

Balau Homes in Mutiara Hills, a smart integrated green township by Mutiara Spaces, a label owned by Boustead Properties Berhad, continues to achieve good response from prospective homeowners, with 70% take-up for its Phase 1B since its launch in May 2023. 

With 90 double-storey linked units, Phase 1B is expected to be completed in April 2025. The previously launched Phase 1A1, comprising 74 double-storey linked units, and Phase 1A2, with 66 units, are expected to be completed by September 2023 and March 2024, respectively.

The built-up area of Balau Homes Phase 1B ranges from 1,601 sq. ft to 1,879 sq. ft, offering a mix of spacious living spaces to accommodate the multifaceted lifestyle needs of today’s multigenerational families. Prices for the Phase 1B units range from RM535,680 to RM782,000, with a land size of 20′ x 70′, freehold status, and individual title. Excited homebuyers recently gathered to sign the sales and purchase agreements at the Raya Open House held by the developer at the Mutiara Hills Sales Gallery in Semenyih, Selangor.

True to the developer’s focus on environment, social and governance (ESG) principles, the township obtained its provisional GreenRE certification in 2021. Additionally, following the completion of the preliminary biodiversity assessment, the developer is anticipated to commence its river park conservation and preservation initiatives by the end of 2023, creating the green lung of Mutiara Hills.
