Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad has accepted the Letter of Acceptance 18 month contract from MRCB Builders Sdn Bhd for the execution and completion of the main building works for Finas, and external works within and outside the boundary for a contract sum of RM180.8 million.
The 16-storey block is said to be located at Damansara Damai.
The award of the Project will not have any impact on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and enhance the net assets of the Group during the duration of the Project
The company said the project, being part of the ordinary course of business of PMHB Group, does not require approval from any authority or shareholders.
