CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd (“CORE Precious”), the developer of CORE Residence @ TRX project in the Tun Razak Exchange (“TRX”), has completed the installation of the first linked bridge connecting its residential property, direct access to TRX City, Malaysia’s international financial district.
The installation of the linked bridge, a key component of the CORE Residence @ TRX project, is a major milestone in the construction of the RM1.4 billion gross development value (GDV) project.
CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd is a joint venture between China Communications Construction Group (CCCG), a Fortune Global 500 corporation, and WCT Holdings Berhad, a leading Malaysian engineering, construction company and property developer.
CORE Precious Development Chairman Zhang Bao said, “I am very pleased to announce the installation of the linked bridge connecting CORE Residence @ TRX with TRX City Park. The bridge will weave CORE Residence @ TRX’s vibrant community into the fabric of TRX City, providing a vital link for CORE Residence @ TRX to the new heart of Kuala Lumpur, as well as unparalleled connectivity to the rest of Klang Valley.”
The TRX City Park will be a 10-acre rooftop park, the largest of its kind in Southeast Asia. Drawing inspiration from the High Line in New York and Osaka’s Namba Parks, a key feature of the TRX City Park is the central hub, a space that can host up to two and a half thousand people for events.
The park will also include retail outlets, a police station, amenities, a surau, a play space with water play, multi-purpose facilities, a formal garden and an urban forest. The only park in Kuala Lumpur with a direct link to the MRT system, the park sits atop the roof and service buildings of the Exchange Retail Mall, slated to open by the end of 2023.
