China Shares Lower At Midday

China’s major stock indices were lower in the morning session Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 1 percent to 3,126.82 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index went down 1.19 percent at 9,577.91 points at midday

Across the region, the KLSE after Wesak day break seems to be holding steady at 1,630 points after rising in early morning trade, down south the Singapore Times Index is up at 3,319 points
