Bursa Issues UMA After Lagenda Share Price Drops Nearly 30%

Bursa Malaysia has issued an Unusual Market Activity notice on Lagenda Properties after the company’s share price dropped 29.5% to reach 1.17 at midday today.

The company this week released its Q1FY2024 report with revenue and profit after tax of RM225.6 million and RM42.9 million, which were 24.7% and 9.0% higher in comparison to the corresponding quarter last year due to strong sales momentum and growing construction progress.

The Exchange advises investors to take note of the Company’s reply to the above UMA query which will be posted later.
