Sentoria Suspends Group CEO Dato Loh On Alleged Abuse Of Power

Sentoria Group has informed that it has suspended the duties and functions of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company Dato’ Loh Yuen Tuck with immediate effect.

The group said this will be for a period of 3 months and swill be depending on the final recommendation by an External Inquiry Team which will be appointed soonest possible.

According to the statement, Sentoria said EIT will ascertain the areas and seriousness of Dato’ Loh’s misconduct and recommending solutions in areas such as absent from office without notice from 17 May 2024, abuse of position / authority; and other misrepresentation and irregularities

The Board announce that during the period of suspension, the existing duties and responsibilities be taken over by the Joint Managing Directors of the Company.
