Ringgit Climbs Against Greenback Ahead Of Key U.S. Economic Data

The ringgit opened stronger against the US dollar today, ahead of the release of key US economic data, according to Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd chief economist Afzanizam Rashid.

At 9:02 am, the ringgit appreciated to 4.7130/7170 against the greenback, compared to yesterday’s close of 4.7200/7225.
