In today’s trading session on BURSA Malaysia, Nestle emerged as the top gainer, with its stock price rising by 2.5 Malaysian cents to settle at RM124.50. Kobay followed suit, gaining 27 Malaysian cents to close at RM2.45 per share, while KLK saw an increase of 22 Malaysian cents to RM20.30. NPC and Mercury also posted gains, with NPC rising by 15 Malaysian cents to RM1.80 and Mercury climbing by 13.5 Malaysian cents to RM1.03. Overall, trading volumes were significant, reflecting investor interest in these stocks.

Conversely, several stocks ended the day in the red. Toyoven recorded the highest loss among the top losers, declining by 19 Malaysian cents to RM0.87, with a substantial trading volume of 98,722 units. Salute and Apollo followed, with Salute dropping by 16 Malaysian cents to RM0.52 and Apollo decreasing by 15 Malaysian cents to RM6.65. Carlsbg and HLFG also experienced losses, each declining by 10 Malaysian cents to RM18.66 and RM17.24 respectively. The market saw mixed sentiment as investors navigated through these fluctuations in stock prices during today’s session.
