Astroniq Deputy Chairman Dato Sri Zaini Jass and three other board members have resigned from the company with immediate effect citing to pursue other interests.
Dato’ Sri Zaini Jass started his career in Royal Malaysia Police since 1984 and has been in public service since 1985 until his retirement in year 2023. Meantime, non executive director Ho Yu Hang has also resigned together with executive director Miss Tan Sing Yee who also happens to be the spouse of Mr Chin Choon Wei, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
The other board member who has resigned is Tan Teik Hsuang the non executive director, also resigning in the same day.
The group has since appointed new director to helm the positions.
