MACC Arrests Director And Deputy Of Govt Agency In Melaka

The Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission has confirmed the arrest of a director and his deputy over alleged bribery for approving claims for jobs done with the agency in Melaka.

The arrest took place yesterday, when the MACC Melaka office personnals arrested 3 men and a lady from the department to assist on the investigation which is related to submitting false documentaiton to attain jobs and bribery.

If convicted the inidividuals can be fined up to RM10,000 and a jail sentence of 20 years.
