MYAirline Sdn Bhd has been unsuccessful in its attempt to strike out a lawsuit concerning RM17.7 million in alleged overdue airport service charges.
Today, the Kuala Lumpur High Court rejected MYAirline’s application to dismiss the suit filed by Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd and Malaysia Airports Sdn Bhd.
The civil case revolves around claims that MYAirline failed to settle six categories of service charges.
