Inta Bina announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary accepted the Letter of Award from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for Main Building and External Works for the total contract sum of RM96.5 million for the proposed development a service apartment in Putra Heights.
The project involve 1 residential apartment with commercial units consisting of 246 units of homes and 62 units of commercial lots.
The construction period is said to be 30 months. The Date of Commencement and Date of Completion as per the LOA will be on 18 September 2024 and 17 March 2027, respectively.
