Fima Corp Secures RM197 Million MOE Contract For Confidential Document Printing

FIMA Corporation Berhad (FimaCorp) has secured contracts worth RM197.1 million from the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) for the printing and supply of confidential documents over a five-year period.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the group said its wholly owned subsidiary, Percetakan Keselamatan Nasional Sdn Bhd (PKN), accepted three Surat Setuju Terima dated May 13, 2026 from the ministry covering three separate tender parcels.

The contracts will run for 60 months from May 15, 2026 until May 14, 2031.

FimaCorp said the aggregate contract value amounts to RM197,087,446.08, excluding service tax, for the entire duration of the contracts.

The group expects the contracts to contribute positively to its future consolidated earnings and net assets throughout the concession period.

According to the company, the key risks associated with the contracts include operational risks and supply cost fluctuations, although PKN has implemented mitigation measures to manage these challenges effectively.

FimaCorp noted that the contracts are part of PKN’s ordinary course of business and therefore do not require shareholder approval or additional regulatory approvals.

The company also confirmed that none of its directors, major shareholders or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the contracts.
