The Ministry of Health has identified 71 new cases, bringing total number of cases to 5603 cases, with 1966 active cases. 42 cases are in the ICU currently with 21 on ventilation support.
19 of the cases are imported cases while 52 are categorised as local transmission cases.
Two fatalities has also been reported, bringing the number of deaths from the outbreak in the country to 95 deaths.
DG Noor Hisham says the government is still monitoring the situation and has also urged for strong border control in the case the MCO is lifted on March 28.
