Alam Flora wins Frost & Sullivan awards for second year in a row

Alam Flora Sdn Bhd (Alam Flora), one of the solid waste management companies in the country, has been awarded the Best Practices Awards Malaysia Waste Management Company Of The Year” (Asia Pacific), by renown global research and consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan. 

“The win is indeed a testament to the quality of service provided by Alam Flora as we continue to strive, to push the waste management industry’s quality benchmark even higher,” said Mohd Zain Hassan, Chief Executive Officer of Alam Flora, who received the award for the second time through a live virtual ceremony.

Meanwhile, the Vice President Asia-Pacific at Frost & Sullivan, Sapan Agarwal, said that the best practice awards are aimed at motivating firms to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence year after year. 

Notably, the awardees are selected based on extensive primary and secondary research, in-depth interviews, analysis, and industry benchmarking. Additionally, real-time performance indicators like market share, revenue growth, customer acquisitions, product/service value, and technology innovation, are taken into account.
