Panasonic Corporation has revealed its latest partnership with Grab Holdings Inc. (Grab) to further raise GrabCar Premium standards by providing cleaner and more quality air for Premium passenger’s comfort.
Using nanoe™ X, the initiative is targeting 5,500 GrabCar Premium vehicles in five cities across four countries (Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi (Vietnam), and Jakarta (Indonesia)) be equipped with nanoe™ X generators, which will be available from mid-Jan.
The campaign includes an in-car product placement as well as a feature on the Grab app homepage where it will be available to over 214 million smartphones in Southeast Asia.
With the slogan “QUALITY AIR FOR LIFE,” this initiative aims to raise awareness on the importance of air quality in various areas of our lives and society whilst delivering a healthy lifestyle.
The nanoe™ X generator, which will be installed in GrabCar Premium vehicles, is powered by a USB port and is compact enough to fit in a car cup holder, making it easy to generate nanoe™ X to clean the air inside the car.
The nanoe™ X technology is used in home appliances such as air purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators, as well as in automobiles, trains, and commercial air conditioning equipment because of its various effects such as deodorisation, suppression of bacteria, and allergens.
