Berjaya Sompo Insurance to Offer SMEs With Payment Plan Deferment Option

Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (“Berjaya Sompo”) will be providing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) policyholders with a Premium Payment Flexibility (“PPF”) plan to ease their financial burdens and cash flow constraints.

Under the PPF plan, the company is offering SME policyholders with the option to defer their premium payments for a period of up to six months, provided the holder meets the qualification set by Berjaya Sompo. The PPF plan is only applicable for policies with inception dates between January 1 to March 31.

Additionally, existing SME policyholders are encouraged to speak to their servicing agents for further information on the PPF plan.This initiative is part of Berjaya Sompo’s efforts to tone down SME policyholders with flexibility  and  to continue receiving insurance protection while facing temporary financial setbacks due to the pandemic and current MCO 2.0 phase.
