Automotive company, CKL Group has launched its Lim Tayar Family (LTF) programme, an initiative for strategic partnerships which offers licensing programme and complimentary vehicle inspection and certification for the used car market.
Under its LTF programme, tyre retailers and workshop owners will be able to leverage on the strength and support of the Lim Tayar brand name to enhance their services and competitiveness.
The programme, apart from helping the new partners in training, manpower and marketing, will also herald the expansion of Lim Tayar’s services to other parts of the country. Currently, Lim Tayar has 19 outlets in the Klang Valley and Seremban.
CKL Group’s Joint Managing Director Clement Lim said, “We have been looking at ways to expand the range of our services to bring more value to our customers. With the LTF programme and complimentary vehicle inspection, more customers will be able to have access to our products and services.”
“Over the years, we have established Lim Tayar as a trusted and reliable brand. As such, we will continue to work with our business partners to roll out new services and to build up expertise and capabilities so that our customers will have confidence when they visit our stores,” he said.
The provision of complimentary vehicle inspection and certification services for the sale of used cars, will initially be offered at eight Lim Tayar outlets in the Klang valley with well-trained and experienced Lim Tayar technicians at these selected outlets.
A detailed report will be provided for used automobiles that have undergone the inspection to ensure the potential purchasers that the car has been thoroughly inspected and validated in accordance with the seller’s declarations, and the current condition of the car in detail.
“We will be adding on more outlets to carry out the complimentary vehicle inspection service as we progress. We started offering this service as a pilot project to ensure tip-top service quality and smooth operations before we roll out to the rest of the outlets,” Lim added.
In its effort to deliver a comprehensive offering to auto owners and buyers, The CKL Group is also engaging with key industry leaders through its technical vocational training arm, School of Skills, to enhance technical education skills for students.
Lim Tayar technicians and foremen are all trained by the School of Skills to assure constant high-quality service.
