With more construction starting to kick off as the country enters the recovery phase, major developers who have pent up projects are calling to hand out contracts. Among them who have received a substantial project is Crest Builder Holdings which has just landed a RM192 million contract to build 2 blocks of condominium for Allevia Sdn Bhd a UEM Sunrise subsidiary.
The construction company will be tasked completion 2 blocks of condominium with car park podium at Kiara area which is one of the more premium location in the city. Contract period is set out for thirty-five months from December 2021 to 31 October 2024.
Allevia Mont Kiara is an existing block of condo in Mont Kiara and is currently sold for anywhere between RM1.5 to RM2.4 million per unit. The new blocks is presumably to add to the expanding township in the area.
On the other hand, Crest is involved primarily in property construction, property management, property management and car park management. Among its recognised work include The Residence TTDI, The Meritz KLCC and Celcom Tower along the Federal Highway.
