Ibraco Awarded RM375 Million Property Development Job In Kuching

Ibraco Berhad has been awarded a massive property development job by Lestari Asiabina for the construction of various components on Lot 6036 Block 26 Muara Tuang Land District, Kuching.

The award for the Project is valued equivalent to approximately RM375 million which will include 32 units of 3 to 4 story shophouses, a 10 to 15 story condominium, and a 7 story Putera House all to be built within Q3 2022 and Q4 of 2025.

Separately, it will also be building a 20 story office tower and 80 units of 3 to 4 story shop-lots to be built between Q1 2024 and Q4 of 2026.

Not a stranger to large-scale development, Ibraco has over 40 years of building experience in mostly East Malaysia with many projects in Sarawak, the group was responsible for the Greater Tabuan Township, Kuching’s most sought-after address. This flagship development spanned over more than 1,000 acres, encompassing affordable and luxury residences, high-rises as well as integrated developments.

(It is also worth noting, Lot 6036 was also the same block reported by Sarawak Consolidated (SCIB) in its filing to Bursa on February 2021 which was also awarded by Lestari Asiabina worth RM491.27 million)
