Kerjaya Prospek is seeking to acquire a piece of freehold land in Seberang Perai Penang for RM28million, this will be presumably for potential future development project in the island.
Currently, the company is listing the property to serve as landbank for its property development activities, the said land is strategically located at Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. Title for the proposed development is a mixed development comprising serviced apartments and some commercial lots. As for now, the expected gross development value and development costs cant be estimated as it is subject to various factors including amongst others, timing, economic conditions, market demand, the actual number of units to be developed and pricing of units.
The company is involved in various construction activity including property development, with ongoing and completed projects Kerjaya is currently developing a link bridge and high rise residences in Tanjung Pinang while another condo project in Batu Kawan.
