SMTrack Goes Into Aerial Passenger Travel With Purchase Of US2.5 Million EHang AAV

SMTrack is looking to purchase a US2.5million EHang 216 Autonomous Aerial Vehicle from Strong Rich Holding Ltd, a Hong Kong based arm for the China-based Nasdaq listed EHang.

The purchase will include all the accessories including power units, propellers and landing gear, major avionics, cabin interior, wheels, and other equipment.

  1. The Purchaser will be making partial payment for the purchase with US1 million as deposit which represents 40% and another US1 million 3 months after the execution of the agreement.

EHang AAV is an autonomous vehicle that can carry passengers (imagine aerial taxi) which uses electric power to that can help in reducing environmental harm. The aircraft can be fully charged in two hours which will alert the aircraft in real-time with the Battery Management System. Its got a maximum payload of 220kg with a 35km range with the full payload. The AAV travels at speed up to 130kmp/h and is just 1.77m in height.

SMTrack is involved in RFID technology, offering solutions for various sectors including warehousing, logistics, and food and beverage. Its other businesses are birds nest, hala,l and asset management.
