Aneka Jaringan has been selected to undertake foundation work for 2 apartment blocks in Bukit Jalil from Sterling Paradise worth RM16 million.
The commencement date of the Contract will be in January 2022 and is expected to complete October 2022. The project is located in Taman Mutiara Bukit Jalil with the apartments consisting of 708 units in total.
Aneka primarily is involved in construction and boring, its geotechnics business is able to provide construction machinery and equipment to support Aneka Jaringan’s foundation and basement construction.
It became a Grade G7 contractor for piling and general construction works for building and civil engineering projects with no tender limitation on the size or value of the project.
This is will be major deal the group is securing for 2022 meanwhile Sterling Paradise which owns the land in Bukit Jalil was acquired by Sunway in 2019 for RM15 million primarily for the land it owned.
