Nextgreen Looks To Develop 20 Oil Palm Waste Collection Centres With Key Partners

Nextgreen is looking to expand its green solution services by exploring potential collaboration with Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation, Koperasi Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia Berhad, and Koperasi Perkhidmatan Setia Berhad to build oil palm waste management centres across the country.

The company founded in 1982, specialises in the printing of magazines and books en started its operations as a printing company, offering prepress, press, and post-press services, and is now one of the leading printing companies in Malaysia.

Since then it has diversified its core business activities to include the construction, development, and management of Green Technology Park. The GTP is introduced as a pioneering green industry model, aimed at leading the world towards a higher level of environmental consciousness. At the core of the GTP is the manufacturing of renewable pulp and paper products, with the integration of zero waste technology and renewable energy.

While MGTC is the foremost agency involved in green transformation and green economy agenda, Koperasi Shabat’s principal activity is to enhance the distribution of wealth among its members through effective and transparent investments, involves financial services, real estate, plantation and logging, retail, and other strategic
investment. Kosetia is involved in offering Al-Tawarruq financial advisory and personal financing services to members as a credit cooperative since August 2007.
