Itronics And Eduspec Looking To Lease Online Education Hardware For 10,000 Schools

Itronics is in the midst of a joint venture agreement with Eduspec Holdings on the possibility of setting up a special purpose vehicle to offer electronic hardware and school equipment to over 10,000 schools nationwide.

While the discussion is still in the preliminary stage, the parties are looking to use each other’s specialties in the education and technology field, on the possibilities of supplying electronic products for online education by way of installments, leasing, or rental. With the collaboration, Itronic apart from sourcing and supplying the hardware, it will also take the role of securing funding or financing for the JV business.

Whereas, Eduspec will play a major role in the operation, penetrating markets (all types of Public Schools), sales, and marketing with its expertise and experience in this industry. The company has been active in the education space since 1984 offering technology-based studying to Malaysian varsities and regionally as well. Most recently the public listed group has been offering STEM and Coding curricula programs to its customers.

Itronics is more the hardware player with activities in designing, manufacturing, and installing of
electronics and microprocessor-controlled products, telecommunication systems, audio-video multimedia systems, intelligent transportation systems and information communication technology-related system.
