Muhibbah Engineering Secures RM50 Million PO From Siemens Energy

Citech a subsidiary of ME develops WRHU for the energy sector.

Muhibbah Engineering’s wholly-owned subsidiary CiTech Energy Recovery Solutions UK (Ltd), had received 2 substantial purchase orders from Siemens Houston and Sweden to build Waste Heat Recovery Units.

With an approximate combined value of the orders secured valued at RM 50.3 million, CiTech will be tasked to complete building these units and have them delivered to the respective outfits by Q4 2022. CiTech is well versed in and an acknowledged leading supplier of Waste Heat Recovery Units. The group CiBAS WHRU has been developed specifically for the offshore oil and gas industry as an all-in-one package with a built-in silencer and bypass sleeve for flow isolation and control. When compared to other types of WHRU, the unit’s range offers a 30% to 50% reduction in overall weight and space envelope.

Owned by the parent company Muhibbah Engineering, it was established in 1972 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1994, Muhibbah has offices in 10 countries and is involved in operations spanning five continents employing 1,500 qualified personnel providing innovative cost-effective solutions to their clients.
