Dato’ Abd. Aziz Bin Sheikh Fadzir has resigned from TH Engineering as its Non-Independent Director, he was appointed as the company’s chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director in May 2021.
No reason was listed except for him stating it was for personal reasons, however, there has been much movement in the group as its parent company Tabung Haji looks to reestablish the engineering company and bring it back to its glory days. The top management changes is part of the restructuring being administered.
Prior to joining THe, Dato’ Abdul Aziz worked in several construction and property development companies prior to joining Gold Bridge Engineering and Construction Berhad as the Executive Director in charge of the overall management and operations since 1989.
He was also on the Board of Kretam Holdings Berhad as a Director and Executive Chairman and part of the Board of Destini Berhad. Not to mention, as Chairman of Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia and Utusan Malaysia Berhad and Chairman of Suria Strategic Energy Resources Sdn Bhd and Dayanine Group of Companies.
