  3. Submission of digital vaccination certificate to the Vaccination Check Portal on the SafeTravel website (safetravel.ica.gov.sg)
  4. Completion of your SG Arrival Card within 3 days of arriving at the checkpoints
  5. Those entering Singapore in foreign-registered vehicles must have a valid Autopass card and Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) approval email

For Those Traveling From Singapore Into Malaysia By Land

  2. Download the MySejahtera app and register as a user before coming to Malaysia

If you are traveling by air, it is still necessary for all travelers who have completed their COVID-19 vaccination who pass through the Malaysia-Singapore air border to perform a COVID-19 test within two days prior to departure.

Travelers will not have to undergo quarantine or perform COVID-19 testing upon arrival.
