Kumpulan Perangsang Has No Objection For Sprint Highway Sale

Kumpulan Perangsang Selangaor has announced that the State owned enterprise has no objection to the sale of Sprint to APL and will be awaiting all due diligence finanlised from here on.

KPS owns 20% stake in the highway concessionaire and giving its consent for SPRINT Holdings to officially send a written acceptance to ALR on 18 April 2022.

SPRINT Holdings expects to commence negotiations with ALR to finalise the terms and conditions of the definitive agreement for the Proposed Disposal and to execute the definitive agreement subject to the following:
