Vizione And Partner Awarded RM654 Million Contract To Build National Robotics And Cybernatics Rehab Centre For PERKESO

Vizione Holdings Berhad and JV partner Permata Rebana Sdn. Bhd has been awarded an RM654 million contract by Perkeso for the planning, design, construction, equipping, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of the body’s National Robotics and Cybernetics Rehabilitation Center (phase 1) in Bandar Meru Raya, Perak.

This project comprises 11 blocks, which include a gallery center, neurorobotics, cybernetics, and physical rehabilitation center, vocational rehabilitation center, treatment center, and rehabilitation wards, hostel, aquatic rehabilitation center, administration center with rooms for “Acaredemy”, graduation hall as well as commercial space.

Managing Director of Vizione, Dato’ Ng Aun Hooi, “We are honored to be entrusted by the PERKESO to build this vital robotics and cybernetics rehabilitation center, which is set to be another world-class rehabilitation centre by PERKESO. Together, we are confident in the timely and quality delivery of the project by leveraging on our strengths, technical know-how, and experience.”

The center in Perak will be the first of its kind in Malaysia and will serve as a full rehabilitation treatment programme under one roof for all PERKESO members. The centre is to be equipped with the latest high-tech equipment including neuro robotic technology and supported by professional staff.

On the outlook after receiving the award, Vizione, Dato’ Ng said, “This RM654.0 million Contract brings our outstanding order book to above the RM3 billion level, giving us clear earnings visibility for the coming years. Our tender team continues to work hard on securing new jobs to further enhance our order book, targeting projects in the infrastructure, buildings, flood mitigation as well as renewable energy segments.

The contract has a duration of 30 months starting from 2 May 2022.
