EPF: Application After 28 April For Special Withdrawal Will be Credited From May 5

The Employment Provident Fund has announced that those who apply to withdraw the Special allocation from 28 April can expect to see the funds being credited starting May 5.

EPF is already processing 5.3 million applications since it was announced with a total of RM40 billion expected to be dispersed. Members who are eager to receive their monies before Hari Raya has sent messages to Finance Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul to expedite the process.

He assures applications will be processed and will be released before the festive season which begins on May 1. However, those who submit after 28 can only expect to receive their RM10k fund after Hari Raya based on the latest announcement.
