Two Caely Board Members Resign In View Of Recent Situation

Caely Holdings has announced that its Independent Non-Executive Chairman, Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim, and En. Azri Azerai, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group, has resigned effective 25 April 2022.

Under pressure, Caely which has had its bank account frozen by MACC is finding itself in a precarious position moving forward with multiple issues cropping up for the group. Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim is leaving the group on good terms adding that he was thankful to the board for welcoming him to the company.

Director En. Azri Azerai said he joined the board of Caely with the intention of assisting in the expansion of the Group’s existing business by giving his perspectives and helping seek opportunities through his network. However, recent issues are limiting his ability, and hence has decided to resign.
