PN17 status Scomi Energy which was supposed to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities on how it will sort out its financial predicament has asked for an extension of the deadline to submit the plans.

In a filing to the Exchange, the Board of Directors of the Company said they are in the midst of preparing and finalising its regularisation plan to address its financial condition and is awaiting the decision of Bursa Securities in relation to the application for an extension of time up to 31 October 2022.
