G Capital Berhad announces its 70% owned Solarcity Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has signed 5.38 Mwp Solar Power Purchase Agreement with Chin Well Fasteners Co Sdn. Bhd
Under the agreement, Solarcity will design, construct, install, own, operate, and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating system with a total capacity of 5,380.56 KWp, which is a 2,380.32 KWp at the premises of Chin Well Fasteners and a 3,000.24 KWp at the premises of Chin Herr, both in Penang.
The PPA will be for a period of Twenty-Five years from the commercial operation date in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions as stipulated in the PPA.
Both Chin Well and Chin Herr are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Chin Well Holdings Berhad.
