Scomi Group in its filing with Bursa, has announced that the Court of Appeal has rejected its application for a Judicial Management Order that it appealed in order to sort out its financials with creditors.
The application refers to its announcement dated 14 April 2021, 28 May 2021, 24 August 2021, 24 September 2021, 4 October 2021, 7 October 2021, 8 October 2021, 16 December 2021, 23 February 2022, 8 April 2022, 25 April 2022, 13 May 2022 and 20 May 2022.
It added the Appeal was dismissed with costs and that it is currently seeking legal advice on the next course of action.
