H3C Partners with IPENET Solutions to Propel Penang’s Manufacturing Industry

Themed “Tech Talk 2022, Share for Possible”, H3C, a leader in digital solutions, has announced its partnership with IPENET Solutions Sdn Bhd at the recent H3C City Tour in Penang. This partnership aims to advance the digitalization of Penang enterprises, especially in the manufacturing industry, which is one of H3C’s focal industries to work with in 2022.

Rockies Ma, General Manager of H3C Malaysia, expressed that IPENET Solutions is one of H3C’s main partners and they are very supportive of H3C. “We are proud to have built this partnership with IPENET Solutions as they play a significant role as an IT solutions provider in Penang.” Consistently expanding its partner ecosystem through the “Partner First” strategy, this partnership reflects H3C’s commitment to assisting the nation to explore how technologies are moving the world forward.

“H3C is one of the fastest-growing digital infrastructure providers, and we are honored to be their partner. With H3C’s support, it enables IPENET to provide full-fledged solutions and better delivery lead time to our clients in overcoming business challenges,” said Teng Khek Khoon, Sales Manager of IPENET Solutions. Khek Khoon has 18 years’ worth of experience as a Sales Manager within the industry, with a strong customer base in the Northern region.

According to CCW Research, an information and communication technologies (ICT) market research and consulting firm, H3C’s Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solution has been projected to have a deep impact on all industries. Within the manufacturing industry, SDN solutions enable intelligence to be managed through the utilization of software, welcoming benefits that include automation, centralized management, transparent and highly detailed security implementation across the network, and rules-based controls.

Meanwhile, H3C’s Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution provides virtualized compute, storage and networking from a single instantiation running on server hardware. In other words, a manufacturer’s traditional data center will be seamlessly integrated, allowing cost-effective manufacture of in-demand products, decreased marketing time, greater efficiency, automated infrastructure, improved data protection, as well as workload consolidation.

The partnership between H3C and IPENET Solutions is expected to propel Penang’s manufacturing industry by future-proofing manufacturers’ IT infrastructure. Both parties foresee that the collaboration will bring long-term benefits to the Penang enterprises by maximizing resources, lowering costs and time-to-market, scaling operations efficiently, and simplifying deployments.

“H3C’s partner ecosystem is blooming progressively under our “Partner First” principle. We are delighted to announce that H3C Malaysia has marked another step in strengthening the cooperation with our local partners in Penang. With IPENET Solutions, we will work together, win together, and accelerate  the digitalisation of the manufacturing industry.” concluded Rockies Ma.
