Nestcon Builders has received an award to construct a 38-storey building comprising one block of 678 units residence apartment in Kuala Lumpur from Nescaya Etika Sdn. Bhd.
The contract sum for the Project is a lump sum of RM118 million which will be paid progressively based on the actual work done as valued and certified by the architect. The overall completion period for the Project is within 28 months with completion expected to be in 2024.
Picoland will undertake the development of the project.
