Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has publicly reprimanded Khee San Bhd and 9 of its directors for breaches of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR).
In a statement, it said that in addition, the 9 directors of KHEESAN were imposed total fines of RM885,000.
KHEESAN was publicly reprimanded for the breaches of Disclosures Breach, Solvency Declarations Breach and Corporate Governance Breach
