Comintel Corporation Bhd has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Total Package Work Sdn Bhd accepted a letter of award for construction And completion of piling, pile cap, and basement works from Mightyprop Sdn Bhd valued at RM52.8 million.
The construction job is in respect of a proposed development on Plot 9 Phase 3 comprising one block of forty-eight storey (671 units) serviced apartments with garden and water tank on the rooftop level above the five floors of podium comprising facilities, business spaces, 1 unit 11kv substation and carpark as well as four levels of basement parking in Damansara Perdana.
The contract will commence on August 2022 and to be completed within nine months from the commencement date. The Contract is expected to provide an additional income stream for the Group over the next two financial years.
