KPower is seeking shareholders’ approval to change the company name to Reneuco which it said is in line with the company’s rebranding, restructuring, and recapitalisation exercise with an aim to better reflect its core businesses.
The group is mainly involved in sustainable energy and utilities segments. Recently KPowet had gone through a leadership shift and a redirection by the management to focus on the more renewable energy business.
The Proposed Change of Name will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, NA, EPS, gearing, and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company.
