UOA Developments via its wholly owned subsidiaries, Federaya Development Sdn. Bhd. and Regenta Development Sdn. Bhd. had entered into a shareholders’ agreement with NK Biocell Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. to carry out business together by establishing and operating three types of healthcare and wellness facilities/centres/clinics.
Federaya and Regenta are wholly owned subsidiaries of UOA Development Bhd. while NK Biocell is a private limited company with business activities in pharmaceutical and medical goods, and research and development in medical sciences. NK also operates advanced cancer treatment center focusing on immunotherapy – a treatment that boosts the body’s immune system to fight and prevent cancer using natural killer cells.
UOA is mainly involved in property development specialling in business and office buildings.
