Matrix Beefs Up Land Bank With The Acquisition Of Agriculture Land For RM460 Million

Matrix Concepts through its subsidiary Matrix Development will be purchasing approximately 1,382 acres of land in Negeri Sembilan which is part of the land in Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 from NS Corporation for RM460 million.

Note that Sime Darby Berhad via Kumpulan Sime Darby Berhad who is the owner of the said land had indicated to dispose of the land to NS Corporation for RM460 million.

MVV 2.0 is the new growth zone covering 153, 411 hectares covering Seremban and Port Dickson, the area is earmarked to be the extension to the Greater KL conurbation and is strategically located in the south of the Greater Kuala Lumpur region.

The acquisition is part of Matrix Concepts’ efforts to beef up its landbank and to serve as an extension to its Sendayan township in Negeri Sembilan.
