In a filing to Bursa, the management of Cycle & Carriage has stated that the company’s shares will be suspended on September 5 from 9:00 am pursuant to the Main Market listing requirement.
This stems from the announcement of an unconditional voluntary takeover offer by Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited on all the remaining shares of the company not already held by the offeror.
