KTB received a letter of award from Living Stones Development Sdn. Bhd. for the earthwork, building, internal, and major infrastructure works of a Perumahan Rakyat 1 Malaysia (PR1MA) Pahang.
The project and mixed development comprise 162 units of single storey semi-detached houses, 103 units of singe storey terrace houses, 11 units of double storey shophouses on approximately 34 acres of government land in Negeri Pahang for a contract sum of RM41million.
The group adds the Letter of Award will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings as it does not involve the issuance of ordinary shares in KTB. However, the LOA is expected to have a positive contribution to the earnings per share, net assets per share, and gearing of the group.
